Hi, my name is Dilan. I created this space to help people reduce stress, reconnect with their bodies, and feel truly supported. Through science-backed movement practices like yoga, reformer pilates, breathwork workshops, and meditation, I offer an inclusive environment where everyone can grow, heal, and feel welcomed.




I bring inclusive and supportive wellness experiences to a wide range of environments, including corporate offices, colleges, and studios. I offer in-person and online classes, programs, and workshops tailored to the needs of each space.
Movement and breathwork practices can help your employees or students reduce stress, improve quality of life, enhance work or study performance, and feel more energized through a deeper mind-body-soul connection. My approach is holistic and somatic, and everything I teach is designed to be learned in class and easily applied in daily life.
