Hi, I’m Dilan, a movement educator

My journey with movement began in childhood through gymnastics, where I first discovered the joy of challenging my body while having fun. From an early age, I was drawn to practices that cultivate strength, curiosity, and a deeper connection with the body. That path eventually led me to yoga, which helped me reconnect with my body and inspired me to become a teacher.

Today I teach Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Breathwork, and Meditation through a somatic and trauma-informed approach, integrating principles from the Feldenkrais and Franklin Methods. I studied Kinesiology at LBCC, where I built a strong foundation in anatomy and movement science. I work with individuals and groups in both in-person and online settings, and I collaborate with universities, businesses, and private clients to support people in moving with greater strength, awareness, and confidence.
